Frixon provides high-quality custom decals for Emoto and other Vehicles. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products and services at any time without prior notice. All products sold on this website are for personal use only and are not to be resold without permission.

2. Product Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: When you place an order with Frixon, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including product availability, errors in the pricing or description of the product, or issues with payment processing.
  • Payment: Payments for products must be made in full before any order is processed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and Shop Pay. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

3. Pricing and Availability

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in USD unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order, and you will have the option to confirm or cancel your purchase.
  • Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order and delivery location. You will be notified of the shipping charges during checkout. You may be responsible for import taxes if you are from outside of the United States. 
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We will provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. There is also a parcel tracking page on our website to track your package. 
  • Risk of Loss: Once the product is shipped, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you, the customer. Frixon is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: We do not accept returns, if you have any issues please contact us and we will work with you to solve the problem. 
  • Exchanges: If you receive the wrong item or if your product is defective, we will exchange it for the correct item at no additional charge. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt for an exchange request.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Frixon website, including product designs, images, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.
  • Product Designs: By purchasing our decals, you agree not to reproduce, resell, or distribute any of the designs without permission from Frixon.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information during the checkout process, including shipping address, email address, and payment details. Frixon Moto is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
  • Use of Decals: You agree to use Frixon Moto decals responsibly and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Frixon Moto is not liable for any damages, injuries, or legal issues caused by the improper use of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

Frixon Moto will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability, under any circumstance, will be limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
